DEVELOPING THE TOOLS TO 3D PRINT A BETTER FUTURE

We are very pleased to release some of the latest technology updates we have been working on over the past few months as we continue pushing the boundaries of reinforced 3D printed concrete using recycled materials.

Together with our industrial designer, Jan Dardziński, we have developed a multi functional and elegant extruding head to equip our robotic arm with the latest technological advances our team has developed.

Behind the reflective folded plates of our extruder arm, we are hosting our proprietary hardware technology to reinforce the concrete we print. This provides our structural elements with 100% extra tensile capacity and ductility.

In addition, this extruder head will be accurately placing the recycled 3D printable concrete our material scientists have developed. Setting fast enough, this material together with our hardware will enable full freedom of geometry and optimized material toolpaths.
